The Struggles to Victory…..

The boat we choose to embark on, determines

The route we would be floated along –

The rocky shores that life encloses,

Or the rough waves, that we can ride with aplomb.

 

Sailing through the vast sea of life

we learn that patience is a virtue,

And no matter how big the waves appear,

A sturdy heart, will never give up and face all through.

 

Fortitude wins over all hurdles

That now, looks benign.

Breaking the giant waves down to little ripples,

And feeling within–the power divine.

 

These ripples keep our boat afloat,

And takes us smoothly to our destination.

Even success would love to be his,

Who has never learnt the meaning of submission.

 

The mind is, where God resides,

The strength in it ,makes his presence felt.

Every struggle gifts us the treasure of experience,

And victory belongs to one, in whose heart, fear has never dwelt.
